We’re Celina and Kristopher — the hearts behind Stone & Scale Rescue. What began as a shared passion has grown into a mission rooted in compassion, dedication, and love for the reptiles that often go unseen.
At Stone & Scale, we believe reptiles are more than just pets — they’re family. Each life that comes through our doors has a story, and it’s our purpose to help rewrite it with care, patience, and respect. From neglected geckos to abandoned snakes and turtles, we provide a safe space where healing begins and love is never in short supply.

The Impact We Make
Every rescued life is a story of transformation — and at Stone & Scale Rescue, we’ve had the honor of helping countless reptiles turn the page to a brighter chapter.
From malnourished iguanas to abandoned snakes left in sealed containers, we've seen the harsh reality many reptiles face. But we've also seen their strength, their will to survive, and their ability to trust again when given the chance. With time, patience, and proper care, we’ve watched sunken eyes brighten, dull scales regain their color, and timid creatures slowly come out of hiding.
Some of our rescues were near death. Now, they bask under the warmth of safe enclosures, eat regularly, and thrive in environments made just for them. Others who were once fearful now greet us at the glass — reminders that healing is possible.
Our impact isn’t measured by numbers — it's measured in steady heartbeats, peaceful naps under heat lamps, and the small moments of trust that say, “I feel safe now.”

We dream of a larger, fully equipped rescue center with more enclosures, specialized habitats, and dedicated quarantine spaces — so we can take in more reptiles and meet their needs with even greater precision.
🎓 Launch Educational Programs
Education is the key to prevention. We plan to develop outreach programs for schools and communities to teach proper reptile care, dispel myths, and foster compassion from a young age.
👨⚕️ Strengthen Veterinary Partnerships
We aim to build stronger connections with exotic animal vets to ensure every rescue gets top-tier medical attention and ongoing care.
